The Sarapiqui Outdoor Center has been offering high quality rafting and kayaking trips since 1990. We are the pioneer whitewater company in Sarapiqui and the only kayak school with certified instructors in Costa Rica. Being a small family-owned company, when you come to paddle with us, we are inviting you into our home and sharing our passion with you - connecting with mother nature. Our guest experience is always personal, exciting, and memorable.
The purpose of our river tours and clinics go beyond our own benefit. We use a portion of our profits to maintain and improve the river and the community. We respect the river by cleaning trash and debris, and making it more accessible for all to enjoy. We also watch our neighbours to make sure they always respect the river, too. Consider us guardians of the river because after all, we only have one planet. Let’s keep it healthy.
