An amazing day

Every day has been fun but this was our favorite part. The breakfast, lunch, national park, beach and our guide Arturo made this a great trip.
Francini and Alan made this tour

In my review, if you’re not excited for this trip you will be as soon as you step into the van with Francini. She and Alan made the trip—stopping throughout the trip to see wildlife and getting everyone really excited about it.

It was a long day, but we got to see many different animals— deer, moneys, macaws, sloths, tree frogs, and more! Francini was quick to point out every opportunity and refused to let us miss any opportunity to see something great.

The ocean was beautiful. But the wildlife is what made the trip worth it.

Francini and Alan are seriously the best!
Great day trip from San Jose

This was a great and easy day trip from San Jose. Everything you need is provided - transportation, stops for breakfast and lunch, and park tickets. Arline was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable.
A great beach trip.

My college aged son and I wanted to enjoy the Manuel Antonio nation park and hopefully “hug a monkey.” Arlin was our guide. She was pleasant informative and spoke good English. The monkeys appeared like clockwork. The meals were very tasty. The beach was perfect; the waves were big and powerful. Drinks were cold. People friendly. A great day. We slept most of the return trip with smiles on our faces. Highly recommend.
Amazing

It was a long day but worth it! We saw a lot of animals in the park. Freddy was excellent at spotting the animals and very knowledgeable tour guide. The beach was beautiful. We stopped at a local market on the way home and got some fresh local fruit. Highly recommend this day trip!
Fabulous Tour

The Manuel Antonio park was closed, so the trip was replaced with the Tortuguero tour, & it was a fabulous & interesting tour with Arturo, who was an excellent & attentive guide. We saw interesting wildlife, & the rainforest & nature walk & boat ride were beautiful.
Great Opportunity To See Wildlife

We had a tour with Fran & Alan as our driver. They were both really great! We learned a lot and got to see a lot of wildlife. We even made a really cool stop after breakfast to see some crocodiles!
Great trip

This is a really nice tour. It doesn't have too many extra stops, so you get maximum time at the park. And the food was quite good - especially the lunch. You enjoy it overlooking a beautiful view. One of the best tours I've been on!

On 17/10/2022 my wife and I were excited to visit Manuel Antonio National Park. Unfortunately while we were on the beach the weather took an ugly turn after only a short stay. After a wonderful meal we decided to leave early as the weather continued to worsen. Our journey turned into quite an adventure on our drive back to our hotel. We encountered washed out roads and landslide after landslide. Luckily our driver Daniel has nerves of steel and could fit our tour bus in the smallest of spaces. Threading the needle over and over again to get us back safely. Our guide Arturo did an incredible job relaying information to us in a calm and professional manner as it became available to him. Which was no small feat while one of the other members of the tour group was on the verge of having a panic attack. I would recommend either of these individuals to anyone wanting to take a tour to one of Costa Rica’s finest National parks.

A long day in the rain!

The very rainy conditions were always going to make this day a challenge. However it didn’t get off to a great start - we were told our pickup would be 0535 but the bus didn’t arrive until 0620. I did receive an email from the company at 0540 to say ‘the bus would be 15 minutes late because some guests weren’t ready’ but a 45 minute wait is really not good enough. Our guide Fran was perfectly nice and friendly and driver Alan was very safe in the difficult driving conditions but it actually took 5 1/2 hours from our pick up time to actually arrive at Manuel Antonio Park. We had a short nature walk which was fine but would have been better if the guide had a good knowledge of the flora and fauna we were seeing. The park was nice despite the weather and lunch was very good. Journey back took 3 1/2 hours. Overall it’s a long time spent in a minibus to enjoy 2 hours in the park and 2 hours for lunch.
