We were picked up at our hotel early (6am) .. I can see that people were frustrated by the amount of time it took to pick up.other guests.. if you can, go on the weekend as traffic was lighter and probably took an hour to collect everyone.
The coffee tour started with a breakfast, which we enjoyed and the plantation tour was very interesting. Take a rain jacket/umbrella as it rained a lot :p
The volcano tour was amazing..we were lucky enough to see the creator... when we first arrived there was thick fog, so we were very lucky. The walk up was reasonably steep and not suitable for the unfit

At every destination Donald was an excellent guide, providing knowledge and insight of the area. Juan Carlos was a great driver, I never felt nausea, dizzy or nervous about the drive up the volcano.

You will love LA Paz!!! The aviary and butterfly garden was magical and the food is amazing! Definitely eat light the neither before if you want to make room in your stomach.
The Coffee Farm was a cool experience and I felt like I had a much better grasp of how Coffee is processed. There's a small butterfly garden at that farm too but it might not get highlighted so make sure you walk around after breakfast and enjoy it before the coffee tour starts!
The volcano was Chill. It's a cloud forest so the visibility can be a hit and miss. There's a nice loop you can walk that I would recommend. After you get a map I recommend going back to the parking lot, finding end of the loop and starting from there so you can end with the Lagoon and Crater. It also means you don't have to rush your walk since they're are close to gathering point.
