Con: you spend 4-5 hours a day traveling by car
I travelled with my two daughters ages 18 and 22. I would recommend this trip to anyone with limited time in Costa Rica. We really enjoyed all the sites, the wildlife, the food and our tour guide. Our tour guide asked what we wanted to do and catered to our needs.
We had an issue with the van one day & they calmly & efficiently got a replacement van within 2 hours, offered us food/drink from the local restaurant. Always putting our safety first.
All the accommodation was lovely, especially having the view of Arenal volcano from our room. The food was always great portion sizes and good quality, we never went hungry!
But there is alot of driving. We are used to this as we have been backpacking several years ago so didn't bother us and we wanted to cover alot of ground in a short amount of time. So don't recommend if you're wanting alot of relaxation.
But we loved every minute and yojhan & omari were just the best we could ever ask for! A trip we will never forget!
