Best introduction to Costa Rica!

This was my first time to the Central Coast and Costa Rica especially and Yanchy (guide) and Ronald (driver) were so incredible, I can't wait to come back. Communication was easy, friendly, organized, and the activities we did were amazing! We did hikes, saw wildlife, and when we requested extra time to do a coffee tour and zipline they accommodated and drove us place to place. It was great having knowledgeable guides, we truly felt taken care of the whole trip and I felt like I had a well-rounded introduction to CR. Thank you Yanchy and Ronald, can't wait to return!!

I just got back from Costa Rica and my son and I did this tour with A&E Tours. If I could give this tour 10 stars I would because 5 stars doesn't even come close. This was simply amazing. My experience began a few days before my trip when I communicated with the owner Yohann via Whatsapp. I let him know that I would not be staying at a hotel and asked if they could pick me up at a private home and he said it was not a problem. He took time to talk to me, never once rushing me and thoroughly answering every one of my questions. Then the day came for the trip, I was promptly picked up at the time I was told and that is where our adventure began. Every single place on the itinerary was outstanding and beautiful. The food we ate was excellent and the hotels where we slept, while not large chains, were great local hotels which allowed you to immerse yourself even more in the culture. I thought that our driver and guide would take us to the places that were on the itinerary only, but boy was I wrong. They made stops along the way, taking pictures wherever we wanted to, pointing out different things and even taking us out at night if we wanted. Kattia, our driver and Yancy, our guide were phenomenal. They are truly what made this trip extraordinary. They were fun, friendly, accommodating and lovely, lovely people. At Manuel Antonio, there was a hike that you could do if you wanted but I only had flip flops and Yancy gave me her shoes! She stayed and watched all our stuff while we were on the beach and Kattia always stayed with the luggage in the car. This is service that is above and beyond what I was expecting. I felt fortunate that they were with us on this trip. We met as strangers, became friends and felt like family by the end of the trip. This is a must do and take it from me, make sure Kattia and Yancy will be with you; you will absolutely not regret it. Run, do not walk to book this trip!

Awesome 3 days trip with A&E tour in Costa Rica

Our 1st booking was cancelled because the arenal route was closed but this company was willingly to replace Arenal volcano activity to Poas volcano and La Paz waterfall activity. They were very communicative via whatsapp and we were really having a good time the entire trip. Our Tour Guide, Yancy Ramirez, was really informative, helpful, and client-oriented. We were lucky to had her as our guide, she was very friendly, nice, and accomodating. She helped my boyfriend with getting lemon soda when he had upset stomach and we were able to get a "fast pass" and skip the line when we did zip lining activities. She is the best!!

Will definitely book future trips with this company. Highly recommended!!

El mejor trato que hemos recibido, nuestro guía Yojhan muy amable y con mucho conocimiento nos explicó muy bien cada detalle de los lugares que visitamos, creo que gran parte de la experiencia depende mucho del guía y con el que nos tocó quedamos encantados, la otra parte de la experiencia depende mucho del clima que te toque y de la suerte que tengas para ver a los animales, aunque ya de por si los lugares son muy bonitos, mi esposo y yo viajamos los primeros días de mayo y tuvimos muy buen clima, una que otra lluvia pero nada que nos impidiera pasarla en grande.
