Great driver, wrong information from company

Positives: Driver was wonderful. He navigated treacherous road conditions to get us to La Fortuna, with ease. Shuttle was very nice. AC was working great and there was wifi available, which made it possible for me to communicate with my Airbnb host, since I didn't manage to get a SIM card in the airport.
Negatives: The company gave us wrong information when we were booking this. I was told that it would not be possible for them to pick me up from the airport and drop me off at anyplace other than a hotel, when I made the booking. So I had to take a taxi from the airport to a nearby hotel in San Jose and was dropped off at a hotel near my Airbnb in La Fortuna. Surprisingly, the shuttle that picked me up also picked up others from the airport and dropped them off at an Airbnb in La Fortuna. I don't understand why it wasn't possible for me, but was possible for other riders.
