Professional guide. Made sure everything runs smoothly. Guide was on time picking us up. Guide informative and knowledgeable about the location.
Wonderful way to begin our vacation

We were picked up at our hotel in San Jose, joined a shuttle with a group of other travelers en route to Sarapiqui. Arrived at the Rancho where we could change for the river. The manger showed us the first sloth of the trip as well as a hummingbird and 2 types of poison frogs. And of course some birds. We then rafted with Kendal. There was another couple who were true birders which enhanced the experience. We saw multiple kingfishers including pigmi kingfishers. 2 types of herons, macaws, and many other birds. Also a baby caiman (did not see mama) and a howler monkey. Then back to the rancho for a good lunch and off to Arenal. We had a wonderful time. The guides and drivers were all professional. This is a great way to move from place to place, a good value. Highly recommend.
