What To Expect
Orotina
Discover the amazing Cloud Forest of Costa Rica on this Sky Tram and Hanging Bridges tour from San Jose. You will be picked up from your San Jose area hotel in the morning in an air-conditioned vehicle and will travel towards the Central Pacific Region of the country. Enjoy great views of the Costa Rican landscape on this scenic drive, you will get beautiful views of the Pacific coastline, volcanic mountain ranges, farms, forests, and many local towns. On the way to Monteverde, stop in the town of Orotina at the largest fruit stand of the country, where you will learn about the big variety of tropical fruits of the rainforest.

Later on, stop at the house of the “Monkey Lady”, a place where we normally observe lots of playful white-faced capuchin monkeys in their natural habitat.

Riding the tram into the clouds to the beautiful view at the top was amazing. The guided hiking and having bridge tour with Roy was fun, he was very nice and knowledgeable about the first and secondary forest.
Monteverde Full Day Tour

Harlem was a great tour guide. He gave so much information on our way to the Monteverde Sky Tram. I'm glad I had the chance to have him as my tour guide on two separate occasions. I'm also happy with my experience with my tour guide at Monteverde Sky Adventures, Roy. He showed us various flora and fauna throughout the walking tour. I had a great overall time!
Wonderful Day in the Clouds

Excellent introduction to the Cloud Forest by our hanging bridges tour guide Roy. Also took the sky tram ride in the clouds. This was all part of the Go Tour Monteverde trip. Our driver Arturo and guide Harlem were excellent. Lots of info and many, many critters found and explained along the way

Literally so amazing. I thought it was going to be just there and back to the cloud forest but you actually got way more than that!!! We hit a huge fruit stand where you could grab a snack or coffee since it started quite early, fed monkeys, visited a coffee farm where we had a delicious lunch (i recommend the iced coffee) and hit a gorgeous vista overlooking the valley all before the main event!! 10/10 recommend. Our tour guide, Oscar Ford, was incredible. It was definitely a full day trip but so incredibly rewarding. If you do one thing in Costa Rica, do this.
A taste of Monteverde

We took the tour with Juan, who was very friendly and patient with us. The tour started with us visiting the elusive capuchin monkeys, and for lunch we went to a restaurant that served great casado. My favorite part was visiting the Sky Adventures Park— taking the hanging bridges tour with a guide is a must. Such a good way to experience Monteverde!

Amazing life experience with an excellent guide

Juan was an excellent guide and driver during this trip! I felt so comfortable with how he drove, going gently over potholes, I fell asleep during the drive.
Before Monteverde Juan took us to a local place for lunch and the food was authentic, organic, and amazing! He took us to a few different view points, and explained the history and geography of the location.
Monteverde was beautiful, I checked something off my bucket list. I’m so glad I did this tour, they plan everything from pick up to drop off, I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
This is an amazing tour! Ask for Juan if you can.

Magical Experience

This tour was the highlight of my trip! The cloud forest was gorgeous & magical, & it looked like something straight out of a fairytale! The other travelers were great to be with, & Jeffery was an excellent guide who was nice, friendly, & informative & wanted all of us to have a wonderful time. Christian was an excellent driver & was helpful & very nice.

An absolutely great tour that I would recommend for anyone visiting Costarica.
Alex (our driver and guide) was really friendly and made sure that we had a good time. During the tour we visited some really authentic places e.g. where we went for lunch.
