Very beautiful place

Family trips are the best, and we were recommended to visit Costa Rica Tortuguero, the landscapes are beautiful, with many animals of all species, the guides are super attentive and it is very safe, it is a little hot the place but with good hydration is overcome, in my opinion I recommend this trip for the family.

I like to know that when I make a decision it is the right one and I really did not make a mistake with this company, the service is excellent, the guides are very attentive, the hotel is very good, you can see many animals, delicious food, they have everything, it is a romantic place to go as a couple.

We enjoyed our family vacation in Costa Rica. It is a beautiful country with an abundance of natural beauty.
We especially liked the tour and its boat trips, the scenic drive it offers.
We were prepared for the weather (rain on short notice) so we were fine.
Our tour guide was excellent, knowledgeable and patient in explaining details.

The tour is super full of nature and the boat trips are unique, you can see animals everywhere, the food is delicious, everything is very special.
The weather is very humid but it is part of the country.
The company is very serious about what they offer and that is important because they get your money's worth.

When I decided to go to this place I had my doubts about everything they offer, but they really give you what they offer and something that has no price.... the satisfying opportunity to meet such special people...

Amazing!!!!! Lionel and Henry are AMAZING! The supplemental fee is EXTREMELY HIGH, but the experience ended up making up for it….. maybe?. The food is adequate, but I came for the experience. Wish I did 4 days rather than 3. The room was darling. Did NOT miss or need air conditioning but water pressure would have been nice to shampoo my hair.

Beautiful place, definitely a place you must visit in Costa Rica, has all kinds of animals and experiences, very knowledgeable staff, speak many languages so the tour goes very well.
Hotel, food, staff, everything excellent.
Remember to bring sunscreen and drink plenty of water.

Great experience sleeping in the rain forest. The group I was in very friendly felt like family.

The tour was wonderful, we cannot recommend enough. Oliver took care of us and made sure we were where we needed to be at the right times. It is very well organized, the food was great and plenty. We did the Tortuguero National Park Tour which is stunning, we saw monkeys, sloths, many birds and also cayman. The guides really take their time to help locate the wildlife for viewing.
We did the turtles which I recommend as a once in a lifetime thing. We were very lucky and saw babies running to the sea and a mama laying her eggs and burying them and another mama going back out to sea after she was done , it was magical! It’s a separate tour that you book at the hotel when you are there.
We stayed at Pachira Lodge which is beautiful. I was most impressed by how all the tour companies and the hotels worked together . The windows of the huts are only screened, they are small and close together. So not much privacy if that’s your thing . Very cute and well designed which is what I noticed ! No air conditioning as you are really in the rain forest, but it felt fine it’s an adventure! Lots of wildlife around the hotel grounds which is part of the tour also. There was a large sloth 2 huts down which was a treat!

I am so glad we booked this two night/three day tour. My husband and I were the oldest in our group (82 and 75) and we enjoyed ourselves SO much. It wasn't too taxing, even though we are very active, and our tour guide, Francisco, was FANTASTIC. We were the only non-speaking Spanish couple in our group but Francisco made sure we knew exactly what was going on. The hotel, Pachira Lodge, was very nice. You are in the rain forest so it is a little primitive but very comfortable. The food is good although a little repetitive and the staff was very accommodating. The internet in our room was basically non-existent but around the property you could log on. There are no hairdryers or shampoo (just so you know) and there are no windows in the rooms, just screens so not having a/c was perfectly fine because it cools off at night. The howler monkeys roar like lions at 4:30 every morning which was quite an experience. We were only in Costa Rica for six nights and this tour was perfect. The tours that Francisco took us on were very informative and fun. We saw so much in such a short period of time. The bus that took us to and from Tortuguero didn't have great internet service but the ride was informative and well described.
